First, this was written not by a customer, but by our project director, as you can see, it was written at 3 A.M.  
At the time of our work in Prescott, all cancellation information was sent to him.  This man even kept a cancellation from a minister secret until we started receiving all the correspondence.  All cancellations were reimbursed at a significant expense, having paid all commissions.  All premiums were issued to the clients.  And lastly, our son was never involved with this project, and none of the clients would have known him or his name.  This is a lie written by a thief.
