We discovered mold on the underside of the bed, and after doing research we discovered this has happened to other people as well!! We just wanted them to honor our warranty and give us a new mattress, but Jerome s said the warranty is broken because of a stain " That's not a stain, It's MOLD!! They have not heard the last of me! To Be Continued!!

Hey Mike,
Kristi is right, after bringing my concerns to the manufacture it was determined to be a warranty issue. I slept like a baby on my new bed last night!! Also if I could remove this entire post I gladly would!!
