Ebay and PayPal appear to have Mr brown in their "pockets" as he ignores the complaints against ebay and paypal as they defraud buyers with their bogus assurances of buyer protection. One can only interpret his reticence to protect consumers as a violation of the public trust. One can also assume he has corrupted his office as he gets political contributions from Ebay, and thus turns a blind eye to buyers filing complaints to recover the money lost from purchases using paypal. So the question all CA voters shoudl ask is "waht have you done for us lately Jerry?" And, "How did you get to be Ebay's b***h?"

YOU DO NOT TAKE THESE KINDS OF COMPLAINTS TO A GOVERNOR AND A POLITICIAN AT THAT.
JERRY BROWN HAS NOT BEEN GOVERNOR OF CALIFORNIA FOR A LONG TIME. HE USED TO BE A BIG-TIME STUDENT RADICAL, DATED LINDA RONSTADT ( WHO'S THAT?) AND HAS QUITE CEASED TO BE RELEVANT TO THE 21ST CENTURY.
eBAY HAS BEEN KNOWN AS A CONDUIT TO SELLOING STOLEN MRCHANDISE AND YOU MAY OR MAY NOT GET ANYTHING YOU ORDER FROM SOMEONE ADVERTISING THERE.
AND WHEN I TRIED TO SET UP MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT,SOMEONE HACKED IT AND STOLE THE ENTIRE $200 FROM ME AND THERE WAS NO PLACE I COULD COMPLAIN ABOUT IT TO AND SO I LEARNED NEVER TO DEAL WITH THESE DISHONEST SCUM AGAIN.
JUST LIKE YOU SHOULD HAVE LEARNED.
MAYBE YOU CAN TRY TO COMPLAIN TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION BUT DON'T EXPECT THEM TO DO ANYTHING EITHER.
BECAUSE MOST PEOPLE WITH COMMON SENSE NOW KNOW THAT IT IS CASINO HOUSE ODDS TO BE RIPPED OFF BY BOTH WEBSITES.
