In January 2019 I signed up for the Jerry Norton Flipping Mastery program and paid $1000. I requested a refund right away when I had gone through the materials and realized I had been taken for a ride. The catch is that you can't get a refund without submitting one deal per month. Many other people have commented the same thing on Ripoff, I just wish I had paid closer attention because they are right.
The other thing is that there have not been too many recent complaints because it says in their "terms and conditions" in small letters that if you complain about their company on social media or anywhere, they can sue you. So, no one wants to be sued, including me, therefore I am not going to go into any detail. Suffice it to say, read everything on ripoff report, bigger pockets etc and then make the right decision.

You Don't Know What You're Talking About!

First off, learn how to write like an intelligent adult. ONLY teenage girls and low IQ people begin a story or report with "so"! Secondly, your son's car had "PROBLEMS". The word "issues" is ridiculous in that description and is overused just like the word "basically"! EVERY personal lines auto insurance policy has EXCLUSIONS. One of them is the car is NOT to be used for commercial activities.
A smart parent would have read the policy or called the agent FIRST rather than risk a non-covered act. Allowing your son to do this kind of work without YOU or him first reading the policy is YOUR PROBLEM and not the insurance company.
Don't be surprised if your policy is cancelled and replacing it will be extremely difficult! No, over half the vehicles on the road ARE NOT used for delivery purposes! Again, you just don't know what you're talking about and no, I don't work for "them".
