As soon as this order was attempted to be placed, the credit card information did not go through our system and the sale was not accepted. We attempted to contact the customer by email, however, the customer's email would not accept our letter back to her. It kept coming back that her email would not accept scam.

We wrote the customer a letter to the address that we had received. We received a letter in return from a different person whom has lived at that address for over 2 years. They do not know of a Karen Conner.

We are mystified. We have a 1-800-220-5377 telephone number that we are requesting this customer call and ask for Barbara so we can help figure out what went wrong. Jess Crate did not receive any money from this customer. We pride ourselves in servicing our customers.

We make our products in North Carolina with an office in Philadelphia, PA. We deliver all of our orders.

We are sorry. We look forward to having the customer contact us.
