Jessie Mae Dalmacio is an internet scammer. She trolls for her victims on dating sites, Facebook, and penpal sites. Money is requested and demanded to be sent Western Union to the Philippines. She works her scams with the blessing of her mother, Chona Bustalio Dalmacio, and her cousin, Christian Jane Pacatan. There is an IC3 complaint number: I1210180540191301

Basically you got taken for a ride and you want to press charges? The only crime here was your own stupidity. Did she hold a gun to your head and make you send money? If you look at her Facebook she now has a baby and appears this young lady is trying to get on with her life. If she gets in a bind she is in luck, the world is full of idiots same as yourself. Thank God she works with the blessing of her Mother and Cousin. Imagine if she didn't, that would probably really upset you.
Stay away from Russian women because they do not have the blessing of their Mothers and Cousins. I submit this rebuttal with the blessing of my Grandma.

This scam has a cast of active Facebook friends who support the scammer online: Nadine Bandola Gimolatan, Patbone G. Pataganao, Mary Mae (Love), Jen Sol, Maria Fe B Morados, others yet to be confronted.
