I signed up for a free sample of the cream, then I got a sample, however, my credit card was charged $55.90 in my credit card. I do not know how the company got my credit card. I thought maybe I have not understand correctly.

The next 2 month I have received other jars, but I did not reorder anything. I have tried to called the phone number many times to let them know I do not want them to charge my credit card any more.

However, the machine says the operator is not available and when the call is transfered to the general mailbox, it tells me the mailbox is full and to try later. I have tried for the last 3 weeks and I can not get through.
