Jevene HUGE CREDIT CARD ripoff This company needs to be shut down! Tarzana California

Finally, After contacting Ms. Janice Boudreau on her phone line. She took my name and number and had Jevene call me back! I asked why did they send me more product when I cancelled. She said I had cancelled on Oct 11 on their website and they sent the product out on Oct. 11. (what a conincidence)and what I needed to do was just send the product back but make sure I get some sort of a signature so I can verify the product was received otherwise they are not responsible for a "lost" item. I told her I did not sign up for a membership and she said yes you did. When you verified you wanted this product it does say you will be in a automatic shipment. I don't remember that but I certainly learned a lesson.
I hope this helps so no one can become their next monthly autoship victim.
