I purchased four different items on Sept 22nd and have yet to get any of them (Oct. 30th) I tried calling them, send email, getting mediation from eBay and nothing has happened. I just may sue them, maybe that will get their attention.

Ebay has done nothing, so it's time for honest ebay buyers and sellers to get rid of this scum.

I would be very much willing to hire an attorney and file a Class Action Suit against this company. Anyone else here who has been "ripped off" is more than free to contact me directly at: joemama05401@yahoo.com. It looks as if Ebay is not doing much, if anything, to help settle these claims, and it's high time we as consumers do something about it privately.
I've read tht in the state of New York, if more than three claims are filed, triple the damages are rewarded, as well as court costs and legal fees. I find that this is more than worth it. It's up to US, the defrauded, to stop this.
These people are nothing more than common criminals, and should be prosecuted as such. Fraud and larceny is a serious criminal matter.
