on 9/28/04 I won a pair of emerald earrings on ebay. The seller was jewelrybyezra, who was paid promptly. It is now the end of november and I have not received the earrings nor a response to my emails. Now I realize that I am not the only one this has happened to- ebay needs to ban these crooks!
