I bought off ebay10k gold 2 carat diamond tennis bracelet.Sent money to EMH Group LLC 469 7AVE 7th floor It got there Dec17th 2004.Isent money order express mail so it had to be signed for.I contacted them by email they said not recieved money.I was trying to get tracking number on product comming to me.I dont understand how they dont have money order if they signed for.Im also going to turn over to Post Office for mail fraud

i am new to ebay thought i was getting good deal going through EMH GROUP LLC found out the hard way the thing i dont get ebay knew about them why didnt they do anything.I dont know what can be done now,but im going try my best to get class action lawsuit against ebay anyway you look at it its fraud way to go ebay keep up the good work.If you keep letting everyone get screwed then your not going to have anyone bid on your site.Again thank you ebay i wont be back
