J.G. Auto Transport Bait and switch scam Coconut Grove, Florida

J G Auto will give you a quick pick up date and low fee to transport your automobile. They will then send you a contract with a different later date and a $125 cancellation fee. Once the contract is signed and returned they will call you and say they found a carrier but they want more money to pick up the car. If you refuse they will cancel the contract and bill your credit card for the cancellation fee. After research I found they never had a carrier on the board and when I refused to pay more they cancelled my contract and now are billing my credit card for the cancellation fee even though they cancelled the contract.

Initially they will send you a long e mail telling you how all other carriers do this and they will never do such a thing. They promise no harrassing calls too. Yet when I filed a bad review on www.transportreviews.com they called and berated me and called me a liar.

There is another customer review for the same thing on that same web site, so who is lying??
