JHP Contracting Joshua Potts This individual or business did not pay me for 42.7 hours worked a sum of $448.35 and the last day i worked before quitting was 6/20/2014 when i was short payed by 6 hours. Loganville Georgia

On the 20th June 2014 i quit working for JHP Contracting because i was shorted 6 hours pay and i was told by Joshua Potts that he may not have work for two weeks. At the time of me leaving he had 42.7 hours of pay owed to me and to this day 7/28/2014 has not paid me. because he said the job i worked on did not pay him enough money to pay me. When I inquired from the company that employed him M.R. Roberson Roofing Company, Mr. Roberson's wife stated that "he was paid what was owed." I just want to be paid and to let it be known that Joshua Potts doing business as JHP Contracting are crooked.

We will have our day in court. You know your foreman kept the tools because you wouldn't pay us. An illegal person with a bank account that you refuse to put money into. I have the text messages to prove you're the thief. You hire illegals I see so you can rip them off. You're going to pay me you thief.

I would love to add my two cents in on this situation joseph. The REAL story goes more like this. Joseph (laborer) was on my job in Stockbridge with my foreman Jacob. These two cut throat thieves lied to my contact on that project so they could work out a deal to finish the job from under me taking $1600 out of my business pocket. And that wasn't enough for them so they also stole $1,500 worth of tools and ladders and safety gear from me. I still have not received these items back. Joseph is now mad because after screwing me over the guy he did that with screwed him over out of money. I would love to go to court over the issue but I am a big believer in what goes around comes around. So with that being said, joseph is a liar and a theif. Not to mention I believe his entry into out country is illegal.
