 In April of 2011 I loaned Jim Ferris $40,000 through my brother Colin Smith. Jim gave me a signed loan agreement repayable in 90 days. The difference document is on a SkySds letterhead and signed by Ferris J Pshehalouk as CEO of SkyAds. It is only now that I have moved to the US and located him and made an attempt to resolve his via his Facebook page. He has made no attempt to resolve this so I have contacted Rip Off report where I located previous rip off reports on him.
