Jim Kirchner, K-mart Rip-off Abusive Arrogant Rude & Stupid manager Troy Michigan

This man is evil, he's nasty to everyone costomers employees (employees in particular). The sheer number of his indiscretions makes it imposible to report them all on this form, so I'll just give you a few:

1: He is verbaly abusive: It is routine for him to chastise people in public, it doesn't matter what they did, or who they are costomers or employees he will yell at you, swear at you, is condesending, and INSULT you right in the middle of the sales floor, and when I say yell I mean it.

2: He is unstable: He will get incredibly upset and fly off the handle for nothing, and for a description of that see number 1, for example when I had the misfortune to be working under this "man" he once went balistic because I "turned the wrong direction", when eightherway would get me there (I was just walking around a display). And thats not all he does other things like tells you to do something then changes his mind an hour or two later, then yells at you (see 1) for doing what he told you to do in the first place, etc.

3: He is unreasonable: He listens to noboddy not employees not costomers noboddy, once he has an opinon about something it's final wrong or not there is absolutely NO changeing his "mind", no matter what your argument, I remember once he yelled at me (see 1) for haveing dirt on my pants, despite the fact that the only reason there was dirt there was from working (I forget exactly what I was doing, but I remember he had me crawling around the floor for something), once he yelled at me (see 1 again) for being late, despite the fact that I was only late because HE sent me home to get a belt.

And when I got back he wrote me up for being late, and not following dress code, despite the fact that it says nowere in the dresscode that you need a belt, noboddy else wears a belt, and he doesn't tell anyone else to wear a belt, why he wanted me to wear a belt is behond me, and while I was there he also added on haveing a dirty smock despite the fact that it was brand new, and I only had it for 2 days, as I recall it was due to a drop of paint about this big * (litterly) that was on vest from mixing paint for a customer.

4: He is completely self centered: One summer when the temperature was a steady 90 degrees, he turned off the air conditioner for a week, and refused to turn it back on despite reapeted complaints by both customers and employees, his reason "he was cold".

5: He is unfair: He will denie you your breaks, or lunch or cut them short despite the fact that there garenteed under company policy (He never misses one though, sometimes he even takes extras) He will force you to work overtime, then will force you to take it off your lunch later so you don't get paid for it. He won't alow people to leave for an emergency, for example once he refused to let one of the other managers leave to see his sister in the hospital, because she just had an accident, yet he'll walk out mid shift because he's tired, or to go to church.

You get the idea.

(FYI: Kirchner used to be a regional manager, before they busted him down to a district manager, and finnaly down to a store manager)
