Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Jim Pla, his wife, and his half-wit daughter run a deceptive rental agency. They will try to get more money than the landlord actually wants. They will attempt to raise the rent and pocket the additional rent. I stood up to them and threatened them with a solicitor. They backed down. But what about the average renter who does not know the law, his/her rights?
Avoid them like the plague

PLA Tried to incrtease rent on fixed term lease had to get RTA involved because PLA did not want to accept they were in the wrong.
On moving out they are trying to take part of the Bond, they have a habit of this as the last tenants had part of there bBond taken , they use old pictures to try to prove the unit is dirty, we took pics and had the news paper in the pics to prove date.
Tried to talk to Jim Pla whenI rang up he played silly and said he did not know me nor the property I was talking about. We have just lodged to get the Bond back so it stops PLA trying to get it

PLA tried to raise the rent on a fixed term lease had to get RTA involved PLA told the RTA they have always operated like that ? how many people have been ripped off by these people. now we are moving out because of the shonkey way they operate.
They have now refused to give us Bond back saying the property needs to be professionaly cleaned this is a ploy ,same thing happened to preivious tenants they use old pics to say the Unit is dirty, we took pics with the local papper on that day to prove when the images were taken.
We have frozen the Bond and will take the matter further. Rang to talk to Jim Pla he played a sill game where he did not Know me nor the Property I was talking about said I had to talk to his wife!
The Daughter or Daughter in law Lauren seems to be vague at the best of times. If you have had trouble with this Real Estate agent please post and help save others and build a case for PLA to be atleast Audited.
