 There is a reason that after 28 years in the device industry i have Never experienced being referred to as s rio off . As you browse abound the internet you will not find such slanderish verbiage about any service we have ever provided. I have Been going thru this for many months now . The bottom line is i dif Not take anyone’s money.

I was paid in full inperson after meeting with the home owner not her daughter that is placing these reviews all over the internet. I never Meet this woman (daughter) her name is not in the contract between our company and Mrs. Cooper . The fact it the matter is all work was completed exactly as written in the contact signed by The mother Mrs.Coppens the unit was place of the elevator FEMA rated platform.

The duct required to connect from the inlet and outlet of the mobile home package unit was installed securely using galvanized sheet metal round pipe and not the vinyl flexible duct that was the existing duct which we connected to and note d in the contract.

This option was mentioned to Mrs. Coppens the paying customer by was deemed as an unessasary expense they did not want to spend because the were not planing on keeping . We did go back and as aCourtesy and for no additional charge did some patch work on the water logged duct that lays on the ground .

This took s trip to get to the job site a trip to the spuooly house aprximatly $85 dollars in material and / hours labor time . The entire duct system needs to be replaced . The air conditioning unit works perfectly fine but is cooling under the trailer and not the living space . If there is a dispute about this it should be handled civilly with a Judge making the finial decision .

Nothing good is going to come out of this for either party by some off the hook woman leaving slandering and defamatory comment and also getting out people to leave nasty reviews on her behalf that have nothing to do with a business agreement that none of the parties making these aweful posts .

Here’s what i say " vengeance is mine said the Lord " and so i stay Out of the way and let him do his job. Everyone that has anything to do with this will be officially served and suppenaded if allowed by the courts and judgement willl be made see ya all soon !!!
