What a disappointment. We have called and e-mailed Jim Whitehead repeatedly both before and AFTER Irma. Our whole-house generator, which Power Expectations has maintained for years, failed to generate power after the storm. We have no A/C, no hot water, no light. Maybe he's busy after the storm. I could understand that. But why no call or at least a text or e-mail? We will find another firm and strongly suggest that all others do too.

This person's name is Daniel - I have 2 Service Agreement Customers that have that name and were fine during and after Irma. I received 100's of calls from non service customers - and had to confine my service response to only those that I had a service agreement with. Thank you, Jim whitehead
