Jimmy cleaton used his son fletcher cleaton to set up a fake but realistic mortgage company. they sold this company to members of the trailer park that they live in, and convinced them to refinance through their company.

these people lost all of the money that they had to put up for the refinancing points when the cleaton's moved to louisiana.the law wasnt able to follow them because they crossed the state border.
