JJ Powell was to clean Furnace, busted fire box and told me I needed a new furnace. Philipsburg Pennsylvania

On August 26 jj powell sent two kids to clean my furnace. After about an hour 1/2 one of them came and told me that my furnace was leaking someplace, maybe the heat exchanger. They could order me a new furnace. I removed the furnace and found that the furnace was not cleaned and the fire box was recently busted. I Emailed and called jj powell and they will not return my phone calls or my Emails. I should not be required to pay for services that were not done and I should be compensated for the damage done to my furnace.
