made an appointment to resolve tax issue explained situation heather than stated price and I wrote her a check for the amount she quoted. Two years I had 4 different case workers at the end of 2 years they made one offer knowin the IRS would turn it down and told me theres nothing else they could do. Told them I was going to turn them in they sent me a small portion of what I paid them back but now I have ann additional 2 years of penalty and interest and still have a tax issue. The IRS needs to investigate them and shut them down.
