JLE-Enterprises.com purchased a full truck load (792 cases) of merchandise from me on June 1st and after selling it off the filed for a full refund from American express on December 20th. they first claimed 20 cases were missing, so I refunded them the cost of the 20 cases. Now they want it all back, claiming that the merchandise was not as described. Now American express has taken the money back without even asking my side of the deal.
BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS !!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Terry Beard of TJ Liquidations, Inc. dba Ma & Pa's Fun Shop 305 E. Comstock Dr. #7 Chandler AZ 85225 Sold us Arbor Wood Product (5-31-2006) that was purchased with an itemized Purchase Order from a "bonded warehouse" in Mobile Alabama.
We had agreed on a flat per "ITEM COST" as there were cases packed 6, and cases packed 12, and 24.
After we paid for the goods and delivered the goods to our customer, Our customer reported that there were many more cases packed 6 than 24, Ultimately we were shorted several hundred "ITEMS" which we made a claim for with Mr. Beard in the sum of approximately $392.00. Since the goods were paid lump sum to his Paypal account Terry claimed we purchased by the case, and Refused to issue JLE a refund.
JLE Never received a refund from Mr. Beard as he claims.
After Months of exhausting every effort to settle this issue, JLE decided to make a claim for the disputed amount with American Express with our full documentation, itemized purchase orders and Bill of ladings.
American Express then refunded JLE the disputed amount of $392.00. This was approximately 6.5% of the $6,200 total Purchase Price.
As I understand it, since Terry Beard would not honor the proper credit due, American Express decided to deny and reversed his full payment for Fraud.
The Beware Claim should be Directed at Terry Beard of TJ Liquidations, Inc. and anyone who does business with this individual as he has shown he will slander you here in the Ripoff Report!
