Ordered on june 13, 2016. was told would have 14 day free trial of products.

received products on june 20, 2016.

was billed on june 28, 2016. Had products only 8 days to try.

company says the 14 days begins the day products are ordered.

that is false advertizing. no one would order products for 14 day free trial and not have product in hand.

company sent 2 additional products. I returned them unopened.

company refunded me the charge for the unopened products.

my complaint is the 8 day trial. I was told the free trial was for 14 days.

Hope you can be of some assistance.
