JNL Apparel Lost $400 dollars Corsicana Texas

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes totalling $391.88 on 11/9/14 for my husband for Christmas and received the same email receipt everyone else did.  I called and left a message a couple of weeks ago, asking for a status update and never received a call back.  This morning I went to try to call again since there's only a week left and found this disgusting news....I can't believe they can get away with this!  I've called the Corsicana police department and even had to leave a message there.  I hope they at least call me back so I can file a report.  Does anyone else have any other suggestions??
