Mis-leads and lies as to properties condition and past occupancy. Has recently entered a property she had forclosed upon for a past due delinquent amount at the time of $225.00 and looted and stole personal property of the buyer before redemption period was up, and sold said stolen property while buyer was out of town. Residents, officials, and business owners of the town of Stockholm Maine are aware of her practices, she is currently under investigation for criminal theft by the state police of Maine. It is not clear at this time if Dobbs Realty is supportive of her actions or not. Prospectus buyers do your homework, speak with local businesses and officials about doing business with Jo Ellen Riddle, her reputation is growing quickly !!
