We found Joachim Hagemann on the internet and hired him to build us a cabin. He advertised that he built cabins for $5,000 in Hawaii. We gave him the $2,500 up front that he asked for. He gave us a written contract in his name. He took our money and never ever returned it or built us a cabin. When we called him he ignored our calls. The Building division in Honolulu is investigating him now. They say there have been many victims and we are one of many victims of his fraud.
