ALLURA Charge my banking account $185.90 plus $4.95 & $5.95 SAN JOSE,CA California Internet

Order the trail size of ( when I order it said JoAnn Gaines skincare but on the bottles it says Allura) i was charge $4.95 & $5.95 for trail sizes!! Two weeks later my banking account was charge $85.95 & $89.95!! When i called them they said no money back!! I disagree with them & told them I was going to write a report,with a time on the phone they agree to give me back $92.50!! Ok so I ask they my other 2 bottles was going to be mailed out he said I wasn't going to get any the $185.90 was for the trail size!! I can't believe what a rip off!! I don't know if I will get the $92.95 or not but i do know i will never order from them again!!!
