Joanna Coles of Cosmopolitan PR took my money and I was not satisfied with the work that she did on behalf of my fashion design company. I have been patiently waiting for a refund but none has arrived. I paid more than $250 and was told I'd get coverage in at least 10 magazines but to date I've only appeared in 2 or 3. She has not given me a reason for the delay.
