This is Andrew Hill from Design Legends, Inc.I wrote you before about
our Financial manager vacancy. Now just read this email carefully, and
you will find out more information about this position. Hope you will
be interested!Please read all materials carefully, you will find
answers on all your questions here.
As I have told you before, the HR department reviewed your candidacy
and I hope you will be interested in our vacancy. So if you are
interested, you have successfully completed the first stage of the
recruiting process. Now we should pass very easy formal procedure,
which consists of 2 steps. Let me to describe the employment
procedure:
-THE FIRST STEP:
First of all, our HR department will carry out:
your name, place of residing, contact phone numbers (home and
cell ones)
-reliability of information you provided (your name, place of
residing, contact phones
In order to perform these checks we need you to submit us the
following information ASAP by completing the documents:
Employment Agreement(signed copy)
-
Employment Application(signed copy)
I have attached this documents documents to this message in the MS
Word format(I will also send you the next email with attached PDF
format documents). Please fill out that documents, sign out and send
back to me the copies for start.
You may send a copy of of your signed Employment Agreement and
Employment Application by two ways:
1. To my Fax: (206) 337-3476 (US inside fax) OR
2. You scan this document and after that you send it to my e-mail
-IMPORTANT: If you want to send the documents via email, you should
print them and send me back the scanned copies of it with physical
signatures. It will give you more chances to pass the procedure.
Anyway, the electronically filled documents are acceptable too.
We guarantee that this information will be totally secured and will
not be shared with the third parts. Anyway, we don't ask much personal
information-only mailing address and full name.
-THE SECOND STEP:
When you send this documents and the information verifies,your
candidacy gets approved. After that we will start working. This will
entitle you to start receiving and processing customers payments.
AS FINANCIAL MANAGER YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RECEIVING PAYMENTS
FROM CUSTOMERS AND PROCESSING THE RECEIVED FUNDS TO OUR HEADQUARTER IN
RUSSIAN FEDERATION. YOU WILL START RECEIVING PAYMENTS BY FOLLOWING
SERVICES:
1. Bank Checks(the most popular way)
2. Wire transfers
3. Certified funds and Cash funds
-Salary and Compensation: Wage-plus-bonus.
The Financial Manager will be entitled to 5 of all completed
transactions. The maximum turnover handled by a single manager is
limited the by companys policy and is set at $100,000 per month.
Minimum guaranteed salary - $3,000/monthly, plus income tax
compensation(under the US tax form 1099 in the end of fiscal year).We
will pay the guaranteed salary anyway,and it doesn't depend from the
amount of processed payments.
-Type of Employment and Time Commitment: Part-time.
You will work from home as an Independent Contractor. Approximately
working schedule- 2-5 hours per week with flexible schedule. Actually
we don't have stable working shifts, we will give you a tasks and you
will have 24 hours to start completing it.
You can combine this job with your current job. So this job can become
perfect addition to your current job.
To sum it up, your next step for getting the position with our company
is submitting the requested information for verification purposes. We
already have some applicants and ready to start working. The time
limit is short, so please do your best to provide it ASAP. Please let
