Jodi & Michelle Robinson dba J.A.M. Express Flooring LLC Started Job. Worked 5 days. Got approximately 50% complete. Left to get more materials that they ordered. Never came back.
Job consisted of removing all carpet, carpet pads & molding. Repair the floor as needed. Re-cover the floor with vinyl plank, install new molding and transition strips,clean up take all scrap to the dump. There were 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, hallway, family room, dining room, kitchen and living room.
When they walked off there was 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom untouched and 1 bathroom that about 1/2 of the planking installed. It was so sloppy it had to be redone. The kitchen had 2 different colors/patterns of planking installed. It appears they ran out and used some scrap pieces to complete the room. There were NO moldings or transistion strips anywhere in the house. They cleaned nothing and hauled none of the scrap to the dump. They left the old carpet in the yard and all the rest on my porch.
