On June 21, 2006, I sent a money order of $39.97 for Joe Bor's money making method. After waiting for 2 months I sent a letter

on 9/19/06 requesting a refund or to send what I had ordered. I have not heard a word from him as yet. I filled a report with

BBB, and they could not get a response. On 1/5/07 I filled a report with the US Postal Inspection Service as mail fraud.
