1)  Promises 100% contracts (after his margin)

2)  says you can broker a loan

3)  say he has the lowest fee's around

4)  acts like he is all set up like a corporte office

This guy is 100% all talk.  DON't take you or you LO's to this guys - DON'T

Every single pay day he found a way to cut out money from our payroll.

then all these little fee;s add up

then - he says  i didn't hae the my company margin in that file

HE IS BATTING 1000% - The screwed my goup on every single pay order - and he will go back to your guys behind your back and try to tell them ..its not me. its your branch manager....nice try jackass

then when you have enough and plan to leave - he says - yeah i'll pay you every penny

.........here we go again on the pay stuff.  he found more BS fees than anyone I have ever met.  and hsi staff is the worse.  His mickey mouse ma and pa shop will tell you "we run the show around here - if you don't like it leave"

"we have been in business for 30 years" - yeah right - he bought the name a few years ago from a guy going out of business.  cuttone did it to expideite the licenseing.  He's been around since the last refi boom - FHA.

Then when you leave -

bottm linie - he doesn't pay you, he will solicit your LO's behind your back and try to screw branch managers out of thier bucket - which means LO's don't get a bonus...

THE BEST PART - when you go in to talk to him face to face - GUESS WHAT - he is never there, nbver answers his phone and sends out these stupid 2 y/o emails.
