Joe Doe Women's Clothing Sent clothing items I had not order Springfield Gardens New York

Last year I received two mens wrist watches that I had not ordered from this company in Spring Gardens, NY. I can't remember what I did with them...I may still have them somewhere. Today I received 3 bathing suits that I had not ordered. I have been looking to see if and where they may have charged me for these but so far haven't found anything that would connect with this company or this order. There wasn't an invoice with the order nor any other form of identification inside with the items so it's hard to try and trace.

There are some Chinese characters at the bottom of the shipping label on the outside of the package if that helps at all. I just want to know what I should do with these items. Return them, donate them, toss them...what? I know I will not try to return them for refund because then they might ask me to verify my card information and that I will not do!! Is this a type of scam or should I keep looking for a charge to appear on my bank account or credit card?
