We had a closing on a new house on April 22, 2005.
We signed an acceptance agreement accepting to wait for the sod to be installed, as soon as posible in the Spring. They have not installed the sod and they want us to have the grounds ready with no weeds for the installation. They want us to pay $360.00 to have the weeds remove or they say, they wont install the sod. Weeds grew when they spread black dirt, at the beginning of June.
