This guy is a liar. He charges outrageous rates for his services and his work is sloppy and not guaranteed' He Lives out in a makeshift camper he built because he rented his house to David Miller (((REDACTED))) Nedrow NY 13120. He has ruined my driveway and garage last winter with his broken down plow and he has never been able to be reached because he has no home. Joe is a bad person to hire and I hope you think twice about him before you hire him. Just google his name you will be surprised by what you find on him.
