I was offered free e-commerce business information. All I had to pay was $3.95 shipping and handling.

I receive abbreviated version of e-commerce for dummies by way of an e-book that really amounted to nothing.

Then suddenly a draft comes out of my bank for $29.95 from surplus alert which I wasn't even dealing with or so I thought.

I am going to try and stop the draft as I feel it is theft.
