Marco Baranta, Joe Vitale, and Travis Yerre are bad tenants. They breached a lease agreement, did not pay their rent on time, damaged our property and if that was not enough, sub leased our property to someone they met at a bar. After giving us the run around for months, they moved out of our property owing us $18,345. They have made no attempts to rectify this situation that occurred in 2006. These are bad tenants and landords should not rent to them. They are dishonest, unreliable and irresponsible.
