Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
As the title states, this valuer should not be in this profession - he is a total fraud and cannot event count the number of bedrooms or bathrooms in a house to compare to. Cost me $700 and then his insane valuation cost me thousands of dollars in penalty interest due to valuation that was a fraud. Compared houses with 2 less bathrooms and less bedrooms, had no idea how to measure the property. If your bank sends this idiot, just cancel it!!
ONE BANK SAID THERE ARE 13 COMPLAINTS OUT AGAINST HIM!
