 For as much as Joey Alaniz brags during the recorded phone conversation that he is "debt-free", here is proof that he has filed for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.....caught of course in another lie!

There are always TWO sides to every story! The newest development is that Joey Alaniz has decided that he needs to try to make himself look good and has added a new section on his personal business webpage about me....how special, my own section! Please feel free to view for yourself:

His claim to save face is that I "abandoned my puppy" when in fact he would not relinquish the puppy to me! So I did not in any way shape or form abandon the puppy. Joey and Andrea...why don't you go back to school and actually educate yourselves on what the accurate definition of "abandon" means, better yet I will educate you myself.....according to Webster, abandon means 1.to give up control or influence of another person or agent or 2. to give up with the intent of never again claiming a right or interest in.

I have attached the last recorded phone conversation between myself and Joey Alaniz, after completely listening to it all you will see for yourself that I never "abandoned" my puppy like Joey Alaniz falsely claims. He repeatedly says in the conversation that he would not give me the puppy! And when it was all said and done he ended up selling that very same puppy to someone else and made a double profit from the money I paid him in addition to the money he resold her for!

And while Joey and Andrea Alaniz may have randomly conducted their dog breeding business with other customers in an appropriate manner, it still doesn't justify or make light of how they ripped off 3 other families...one which included selling a sick dying PARVO puppy and playing on the emotions of the owner who had paid on that specific puppy.

You decide for yourself, is it worth dealing with such an unethical person, maybe you get a puppy...maybe you don't, it's like playing with fire. And if you decide to go against the warnings and bad reviews about Shepherds von Saur and Joey and Andrea Alaniz then that is on you cause it wouldn't be from lack of warning!

For those that support them, you obviously either don't know all the facts or are just as unethical as they are, after all a Judge made a judgment against him that he was in the WRONG...while to this day he adamantly denies or ownes up to. Why anyone would support or further encourage Joey and Andrea Alaniz to support their fraudulent breeding practices is beyond me!

Both their names should be in the dictionary for the definition of fraudulent: designed to deceive: not honest, true, or fair, and intended to deceive people

P.S: Joey and Andrea Alaniz are in the process of being served court papers and going to be sued once again by two other serperate families....guess he didn't learn the first time!

Another thing for having so much money like he claims to have (yet another one of his many lies)....public record, Joey Alaniz has filled for BANKRUPTCY, Joey Alaniz has several DUI's and Andrea Alaniz has a criminal record for THEFT...again all public record! Do your homework, investigate, don't give them a single dime of your hard earned money!
