John Aaroe group induced me to sign a listing agreement when they were aware the property was actively listed by another broker. Aaroe failed to advise of potential to pay commissions to both brokers. Aaroe never showed the house. They contacted me after the sale and demanded 100% commission. They cost me over $100,000 to defend myself. I was a senior citizen who was forced to file for bankruptcy. They hired an attorney to stalk me and attack me on the street. To this day, John Aaroe has not backed down after 6 years of their actions.
