John Andrade Alec Andrade, John J Andrade Scammed me out of money through a Craiglist cell phone scam Phoenix Arizona

John J Andrade, AKA Alec Andrade scammed me out of hundreds of dollars through Craigslist.  He posted cell phones for sale, and took a cash deposit only to never be heard from again.  He is a straight criminal, (((REDACTED PER TOS))).  I honestly feel like the biggest victim is whoever has to sleep next to this creeper at night because that must be so awful and wierd and uncomfortable.  He is such a low life piece of sh*t that has victimized dozens of people off the internet, just google his name.  

Currently it appears he is running a tow truck company called Red Devil Tow and Recovery that is registered to his girlfriend, who owns the house he is living in.  That poor woman, I can't imagine getting sucked in by a scam artist only to have some business tied to your name being run by a craigslist scammer.   I am not sure what kind of towing he does, but it seems as if his tow truck operates without any company logos on it, which is indicitive of a predatory towing company.
