they sell u material "that u bought for $82" that dont give u any info how to actually buy property. then u get a call from a guy that tries to sell u on sending them "$5000 is what they wanted me to send them.
when i was hesitent about this he started getting rude and was an ***. please give me my moneyback or do what u said u would.

Hey there Ray,
I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.
This inbreed started to get rude because he knows that what he's peddling is nothing but a scam. All mentoring programs are scams and it's not just a matter of my opinion.
Read the many reports where these bozos get pi$$ed off when they are unable to "convince" someone to cough up their credit card numbers. LOL.
Dispute the charge with your credit card company immediately and report this fraud to every single law enforcement agency you can think of.
