They requested a quote to refinish 40 to 48 bath tubs. We quoted based on that number. We included payment terms of 15 days net after invoice, they ageed. I refinished 4 tubs & invoiced on 8-27-07. I refinished 4 more tubs on 9-13-07 and asked how soon the remaining tubs could be worked on. They said they only had about 10 more tubs to refinish and would call to schedule.
I told them I could not do any more work until the first tubs were paid for and they assured us that pyment would be coming soon. Now 45 & 31 days after invoicing they still have not paid. We keep getting weak excuses i.e, we've been really busy & can't get to it, we misplaced the invoice etc.
I smell BULLS**T.
