John gave estimate at time when storm damage was high. Once he was on roof he increased the  fee for the job. He recieved down payment and 2nd payment for material never did job. What was started was mixed match shingles.  There is an arrest warrent out for him. $ other victums. If you are a victum Please contact Bucks County District Attorney Office.

Whoe ever posted this ad about John Chmielinski. PLEASE email me at (((redacted))) !! I have had John Chmielinski arrested and he is going to trial in August. His arraignment is June 26, 2015. We are working wit hthe Bucks County D.A. to have him put away for as long as possible. PLEASE, PLEASE contact me. Thank you
