I ordered a Copper Chef Perfect Loaf Pan on March 9, 2018. I received email notification that the item had been shipped on March 12, 2018. I have not received the item. I emailed ggsdecorpshop@gmail.com and acoutlet58@gmail.com several times and have not gotten a response. The order total was $12.95 (shipping was free). Obviously, the cost is not the issue. It's the principal.
