Rebecca D Violette now at 14151 Marion Ave. Saratoga moved into a house and immediately defaulted on the rent. She is avoiding service of a summons to evict her for unlawful-detainer. Watch the reports she gives indicating she is a creditworthy person. She is knowledageble in real estate and knows you have little authority after she moves in. She will disregard any or all terms you may have in the contract so be prepared for a great letdown. The best thing is to never let this person into your property and make sure you do not give her a chance to establish any sort of occupancy. She is a very bad deal.
