Beware of John Finton he is going to screw you and make the building process a living hell, I wanted to build a home in Malibu I interviewed a few contractors and decided on Finton, he promised the world but didnt deliver, the construction went way over deadline he was doing cheap work to try to finish he also changed the costs from the original quotes, it was a nightmare i would caution anyone considering to build a home not to make this mistake.
