On December 6, 2013, the Enforcement and Complaince Division of the Arizona Department of Real Estate, 2910 N 44th Street, Floor 1, Suite 100, Phoenix, Arizona 85018, filed File No. 14F-D1-127 Cease and Desist Order and Notice of Right to Request Hearing against John Francis Ray, an unlicensed individual and Arizona Investors Alliance, LLC, an unlicensed entity. John Ray and AIA (Arizona Investors Alliance) are conducting real estate services for compensation in Arizona without a real estate broker's license. Reference Maricopa.gov recorded document 2013 1041530.
Mr. Ray offers seminars on purchasing real estate both in Arizona and on the internet and appears as a Foreclosure Real Estate Expert on Property Wars television program. He went through bankrupcy in 2013 but continues to operate in the real estate market, particularly foreclosure market, in the Phoenix area, under ReCreate Wealth, LLC, a newly formed
Delaware LLC.
