I am looking for the following individual due to the over $70,000.00 in Child Support that he owes. His last known address is listed.
Name: John L. Santagada
DOB: January 10, 1954
Age: 51
Height 5'9"
Weight unknown
Last known employer was Sportcraft, LTD in Mt. Olive New Jersey.
After 10 years of non-payment the Massachusetts Child Support Enforcement finally located him and was collecting child support on a bi-weekly basis. This lasted 2 1/2 years. No payments collected as of 9/2004.
Has not seen his children since 1988. One daughter, Jordan, died at age 16 in a car crash in 1997 and no one ever heard from him then either.

Well, the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement, armed with information I retrieved through years of research, finally located John in Lawrenceville Ga. in October of 2006. He was arrested and brought to my home state of Massachusetts where he spent 3 weeks in jail. He was finally released on $25,000.00 bail and had to come back for a final court date a month later. At that time he was convicted and put on 7 years probation. During this time he has to pay $100.00 a week towards the past due support, if he misses a payment, they will issue an arrest warrant and he will serve prison time. It took me 17 years to achieve success. I would recomment anyone going through this process to be persistent. I truly believe in Karma, what goes around comes around, and John's came around, FINALLY!

Have you done a background check on him? That is a good place to start. Do you have his ssn? If so, use it to run a background check on him. If he has even so much as received a ticket it will be on that report, and will also show you locations of residence, next of kin residence, and so forth so you know where to begin looking.

Well apparently he's left his job at Sportcraft LTD. and is believed to be living in the Lawrenceville, Georgia area. He now owes over $73,000.00. He might be working with friends, Greg or Aarron Podeszwa.
