John Leverock of Gibson law Firm Sent email stating I owed money on a payday loan from company I never heard of Unknown Unknown

email sent stating they have tried to reach me a couple of days and that stated about a lawsuit filed on my name stating that you are doing some Fraid and Civil liTergations. He sent several emails to me in one day. Last email he sent to me stated the following
You will have your COURT SUMMONS at your door step shortly from your local county SHERIFF DEPARTMENT, but make sure at the same time your OUTSID OF COURT RESOLVEMENT OPTION WILL BE CANCELLED

It's a scam

There is no doubt that this is a scam.
The email is nothing but jibberish....a bunch of phrases strung together that do not reflect any part of the debt collection or court process.
Delete the email.
Do not contact them. They want to scare you enough to pay them something. This is clearly a scam, it isn't even in professional form by any stretch of the imagination. This scam has been around for a very long time. Don't fall for it.
