It's a scam

AUTHOR: Florida Native - (United States)

There is no doubt that this is a scam.

The email is nothing but jibberish....a bunch of phrases strung together that do not reflect any part of the debt collection or court process.

Delete the email.

Do not contact them. They want to scare you enough to pay them something. This is clearly a scam, it isn't even in professional form by any stretch of the imagination. This scam has been around for a very long time. Don't fall for it.
